How Our Delivery Works
Step 1: Age Requirement
All customers must be 21 years or older to place an order. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for verification.
Step 2: Placing Your Order
Select the products you wish to order, enter your residential delivery address, and submit your order. Delivery is available only to residential addresses, not commercial or business locations.
Step 3: ID Upload
Upload a clear, full photo of your government-issued ID when placing your order. This information is kept confidential and used only for Michigan compliance. It will never be shared.
Step 4: Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a phone call for confirmation.
Step 5: Order Tracking
You will be prompted to opt in to Onfleet text notifications for real-time updates, including when your driver is on the way and nearing your location.
Step 6: Delivery Requirements
- The person who placed the order must be present, with their photo ID at the time of delivery.
- Payment can be made with cash or by using Dutchie Pay.
- Please meet the driver at your door with your valid ID, and payment ready.
- Drivers are not permitted to enter your home under any circumstances.

Note: Customers must place orders at least 30 minutes before the chosen delivery time to receive service on schedule.

Free delivery on all orders over $35 before tax.

- We deliver every day between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with dedicated time slots so you can choose the window that works best.
